Be Fearless….and Eat Donuts

Love it? Share it!

Happy Monday friends!

Life has been kind of heavy lately. I’m sure you can relate. Life is messy and hard. But it is also joyful and beautiful! So after a few super serious Monday Musings of Grace, today I am letting down my hair and reminding you myself to laugh a little and to be fearless!

Be Fearless

Have you heard the saying lately, “Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire”? Well friends, that is a fine saying and all but it is a little ethereal for my practical self. So you know what we’re talking about today? Be fearless in the pursuit of coffee and donuts. Yep. The important things.

Gotta Laugh A Little

Laughter is pretty awesome. And so is coffee and donuts, mmmkay? So if you are in need of a little pick me up, grab a carb filled, ooey gooey, icing topped (with sprinkles) slice of round heaven and indulge with me. And don’t forget the coffee. Because what is a donut without coffee? (Ok, nix that. A donut without coffee is still amazing.)

Embrace Your Season

Friends, let me encourage you in all seriousness! Whatever season you are in, whether it is a time to weep or a time to laugh, it is a season. The Bible states what we all know from experience. To everything there is a season. One of the constants of life is that our seasons are ever-changing.

For a long time I really hated that little word. Change. It often gets a bad rap because it makes us uncomfortable. Change has a nasty way of putting us in new situations, making us the awkward middle schooler all over again. Sometimes change means loss and pain. But other times, it is for the best. It forces growth. It pushes us to greater heights. It drives us out of our complacency.

Accept Change

If you are in a season of weeping, discomfort, pain, hatred, or loss, don’t despair. Your Heavenly Father is a source of comfort when you seek Him. (You may find this post to be an encouragement!) And your season isn’t everlasting. Change will come. Mourning will be replaced with dancing. Hatred will be replaced with love. Death will be overcome by life. Brokenness will be rebuilt. And joy will come in the morning. Hopefully, with a little coffee and donuts. 😉

Be blessed in this season my friends. And be fearless,

Sarah Signature

{For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.
