Farmhouse Style Decor | Home Inspiration
Happy Friday my friends! Welcome to another week of home inspiration! This week I’m focusing on farmhouse style decor with my amazingly talented friend Brendt!
If you’re new to my Home Inspiration series, each week I’ve been featuring a blogger or designer who inspires me. You can find my past features {here}. Today I am sharing a dear friend with you who has so much talent. Brendt from She Gave It A Go has created a beautiful farmhouse style home. And today I’m pleased to take you on a little home tour of her haven!

Lifestyle
Brendt and I “met” on Instagram some time ago and ever since I have adored her! She is such a humble spirit with a true desire to help her readers grow as people in addition to inspiring them with home decor. Brendt’s blog is full of life giving encouragement. In her weekly newsletter you’ll find everything from marriage advice (she is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) to parental guidance.
I love how she’s taken her home decor blog beyond just the material and interweaves Christ and life advice into her daily influence. You can also follow Brendt on Instagram {here}.
DIY
While you’re browsing her blog you’ll be sure to find fun DIY projects! I am in love with the updates she made to her fireplace recently.
And she also decided to makeover her kitchen by painting her cupboards shortly after I finished my kitchen renovation. We commiserated together on those projects. ๐ Didn’t hers turn out so lovely?
And her son’s bedroom update has me itching to get started on my own son’s room. Maybe I’ll tackle that after our basement remodel is complete! Isn’t this wood wall such a character statement?
Here are a few more shots of Brendt’s home. I think my favorite space in her home right now is her updated bedroom. That accent wall is just gorgeous. And she has styled it so beautifully for fall. I don’t typically decorate bedrooms for the seasons but she has me rethinking my strategy!
I just love seeing everything that Brendt is up to on a daily basis! Her newsletters encourage me every single time, and that’s not something I can say often! Make sure to also check out Brendt’s store where she has farmhouse style decor and apparel! I have her Home Grown sweatshirt and it’s so cozy.
I hope you’ve enjoyed touring Brendt’s home as much as I have! Make sure to visit her blog to stay up to date with her as well!
