Cast your vote. Which mantel wore it better? 😁 Cast your vote. Which mantel wore it better? 😁 This is one of my favorite pieces of art. It looks vintage, but it’s not. It’s a large scale (also comes smaller) and goes so well with multiple color palettes. I brought some purples in with spring flowers as well and think it’s my favorite arrangement I’ve ever done. Usually I stick to a big bundle of one flower because it always works for those of us who aren’t skilled at floral arrangements. But the wiry stems made this arrangement super easy to put together for a wild look. I’m knee deep in building our dining room coffee bar but just wanted to share something pretty while the house is in chaos. 🫣 Are you thinking about spring decorating yet? In 2023 we left a full remodeled home, just finished after 5 years of work on it and complete with 40 acres, woods, a pond, a guest house, established gardens and more. To a full gut fixer upper that had been neglected for years. The last year and a half has been a journey to remember, but I can’t wait for what 2025 will bring. Including the grout refresh, faux tile (yep, it’s peel and stick), mirror and more. I’ve done my fair share of bathroom remodels. Some I pulled off for under $300 and others I’ve spent thousands on because we did a full gut. But so often I see people touting budget friendly bathroom remodels and then I see the cost and I’m blown away. 🤯😮‍💨 Let’s be real, budget friendly is subjective. Even $650 won’t sound budget friendly to some, and that’s ok. To others, $5,000 would be budget friendly. But I tried to do this as affordable as possible and while I would have loved to rip out that bulk head and install a new floor and vanity, it wasn’t necessary to improve the space for now.
