Mock Champagne Punch | An Easy Party Punch
Though the Christmas season looks different this year, I still believe it is important to celebrate together as a family or small gathering. Regardless of the year, make sure to pin this recipe so you have it for years to come! It is the perfect easy punch recipe no matter the size of your gathering.
I love that this mock champagne punch can be used for any holiday, including the upcoming New Year’s Eve, but is also a lightly refreshing summer party punch as well! It’s very simple, and can be enjoyed by adults and kids alike since it is a nonalcoholic punch.
I love easy punch recipes with sprite because they are so versatile. My mom has used this recipe for years and it is always my go-to when I want to do something special as a complement to my other refreshments. I’ve used sprite and Fresca interchangeably, but find that Fresca is just a tad sweeter.
Here are the two simple steps to create this easy punch recipe!
Mock Champagne Punch Recipe
You only need two to three ingredients, depending on how dressed up you want your mock champagne punch to be.
Ingredients
- 2 Liter Fresca (or Sprite)
- 64 fl oz White Grape Juice
- Fresh raspberries (optional as garnish)
This recipe is very easy to alter by substituting white grape juice for cranberry juice or regular grape juice. The flavoring simply creates a different type of sparkling punch.
How to Make This Easy Punch Recipe
Depending on the size of your gathering, you can either pre-mix your two main ingredients into a serving pitcher, or simply pour directly into individual glasses.
The mixture ratio is totally dependent on your personal taste, however I like to have a bit more Fresca than white grape juice to quell the sweetness and achieve more bubbly notes. I start by filling each glass 2/3 full of Fresca.
Next, I fill the glass 1/3 more to finish it off with white grape juice. That’s it! One step and you’re done. If you want to dress it up, you can do step two and add some fresh raspberries as a garnish.
This mock champagne punch is that easy and so much more affordable than buying sparkling juices. One two liter and one 64 oz bottle of white grape juice combined makes 8-10 servings, depending on your glass sizes.
